Shipping Policy

Some items will be shipped directly from our national warehouse, while others will be manufactured and shipped directly from our facilities in the United States, Canada, and Australia.  
helixwells.com works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which collaborate with local couriers—allowing us to deliver directly to your home and proudly offering a delivery package deal.  
Our delivery time is 10–20 days; you need to place your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours. The shipping company and government determine when your order will be delivered.  
You will be charged only after your order and all payments have been verified and approved prior to shipment, which may take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.  
Shipping Process We will begin processing your order immediately, and therefore we cannot make any changes after the order has been placed (including address changes). We only deliver to the address you provided at checkout. You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

We ship only on business days, not on Saturdays or public holidays.

It typically takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your order. For certain items, this may take longer, especially around holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped as soon as item availability is confirmed.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as production partner websites vary.

Deliveries Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time ranges from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the country or region. Actual delivery dates are neither indicated nor guaranteed.  
For your information, we provide the following estimated delivery times:  
Germany: 10–20+ days

Although we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives on time, helixwells.com cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs procedures, holidays, bad weather, labor disputes, public events, etc., and these interruptions may result in delays exceeding our initial delivery estimates.  
Customs duties, taxes, and other fees:  
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees that are charged as soon as a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are solely the responsibility of the recipient. helixwells.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. If a shipment is rejected or returned, you are responsible for all import duties and return shipping costs incurred.

Custom regulations vary significantly from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages:  
helixwells.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping company.

Note: We use the tracking link's timestamp and the carrier's delivery confirmation when reviewing damages or return requests; we may not be able to accept your claim if it has not been reported.

Exclusion of liability in case of incorrect address: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes once it has been placed. If your order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it to make a change of address.
